And again I've forgotten to update...
Picked this up at Tuesday Morning yesterday. They had a ton of older Madame Alexander dolls- this is "At the Hop" Cissette, a doll convention exclusive from 2007. I'm always looking for dolls like these.

i have one of these dolls my friend gave me for Christmas. he is a 22 inches and he has the same face. these dolls are gorgeous. i too was trying to inquire about the maker. she has two girls the same size as yours. she got them off ebay for just 10 dollars each. she said the seller had a warehouse full. if you find out anymore info on this doll, please share, and thank you for sharing. :)
